Putzmeister Telebelt® TB 600 Truck-Mounted Telescopic Belt Conveyor

Designed with civil contractors in mind, the Putzmeister Telebelt® TB 600 has a 24-inch-wide main conveyor and feeder belt for high capacity and versatility. It will increase your production with 102 feet of horizontal reach and 360 degree continuous rotation. You will also enjoy a reduction in placement time with output up to 6 cubic yards per minute for all flowable materials; pervious concrete, roller-compacted concrete, soil, cement, flowable fill, and large aggregates up to 6 inches.

Standard Folding Hopper
  • Ideal for concrete placement.
  • Facilitates easy setup.
  • Side panels fold into feed conveyor and end panels connect with linchpins.
  • Easy access for ready mix trucks from three sides of hopper.

Rock Hopper
  • Place tough materials with large loaders.
  • Large, 3 cubic yard capacity and wide 72 inch by 120 inch top opening and adjustable legs.
  • Combine the rock hopper with a low profile hopper for even greater efficiency.
  • Recommended for use with low profile hopper or side loading channels.

 Rock Hopper Steel Grate Option
  • Easily added to the standard rock hopper.
  • Prevents the introduction of oversized material into the hopper.
  • Adjustable angle of the grate allows oversized material to slide off the grate and does not restrict volume.

Front-end Loader Hopper
  • Ideal for loose, bulk material.
  • Large funnel shaped aluminum hopper handles wide bucket loads and large capacities to 0.8 yd3.
  • Ideal with skid steer loaders or track hoes.
  • Can be hauled on the tray behind the cab of a TB 110.

Low Profile Hopper
  • Combine the low profile hopper with the rock hopper or soil hopper – your ideal choice for jobs that require high output using large loaders.
  • 8-inch capacity above rails.
  • Aluminum hopper for use with dump trucks equipped with coal chute doors.

Side Loading Channels
  • Highly resistant to impact.
  • 3.5 feet of extra hopper length to guide material on belt.
  • No front gate panel restriction.
  • Side loading channels are strongly recommended when using a rock hopper.

Wind farms mean big business for Telebelt® owners around the world. Telebelts quickly and efficiently place low slump structural concrete, making them ideal for a turbine’s mud mat, foundation and pedestal. There’s no worry of air entrainment, and repositioning is quick and easy, reducing the risk of cold joints.

Ideal for mass placement, Telebelts® are the perfect fit for dam projects. Multiple placements on the same day are simple with observed maximum outputs up to 5 yd3/min (4m3/min). Horizontal reaches from 106' 1" (32.34m) up to 200' 0" (61.00m) allow easy access to difficult-to-reach areas.

Need to place gravel and concrete on the same site in the same day? Telebelts® can perform multiple tasks from a single location. The conveyor’s smooth “surge-free” flow and minimal drop distance result in a more uniform form loading.

Telebelts® can convey materials up to 6" (152mm) rock, making it ideal for the larger aggregate concrete used on caisson pours while saving you on material and wear costs compared to other placement methods. In addition, Telebelts place any type of concrete, have low impact on forms, do not require priming, and concrete delays pose no problems. All material runs off the belt, leaving a clean job site.

Oil well and gas field service companies have discovered the efficiencies and productivity gains possible by using the Telebelt® mobile telescopic belt conveyor system. The Telebelt TBS 130, a self-contained conveyor system, is capable of a 126’ 6” (38.56m) horizontal boom reach and 110’ 9” (33.74m) reach at a 29-degree angle to extend out and across several sand containers and tanks to reach access doors. With an 18” (457mm) wide conveyor belt capable of 0 to 950 ft/min (0 to 290m/min) output, the TBS 130 has been documented unloading 45 tons of sand in 45 minutes. This same load would have required three hours to off-load pneumatically.
