STURTEVANT, Wis. (January 1, 2006) – Honored in front of his peers at the company’s employee holiday party in December, Travis Nonn was this year’s recipient of the annual Putzmeister America Customer Service award.
In the company’s ongoing commitment to service excellence, the award acknowledges outstanding aftermarket support by Putzmeister personnel who go the extra mile to serve customers. Hired as a customer support representative in February 2004, Travis was selected for his high level of proficiency in solving customer service concerns and his intense focus on total customer satisfaction.
“With a bachelor’s degree emphasizing agriculture engineering from UW-Madison and a master’s degree in progress, Travis has acquired a strong analytical base, which he applies with great ingenuity and enthusiasm in solving technical support situations,” says Dave Adams, President and CEO of Putzmeister America. “The word ‘no’ just isn’t in Travis’ vocabulary, as he consistently demonstrates a willingness to give 110 percent in servicing customers and handling their requests.”
