New Technical Trainer Appointed at Putzmeister AmericaBob Skalla Assumes Responsibility for Customer Training
STURTEVANT, Wis. (May 1, 2006): Bob Skalla has joined Putzmeister America as the company’s Technical Trainer. Responsible for the ongoing assessment of operator and service training requirements, Skalla will develop, organize and conduct classroom and hands-on instructional programs for Putzmeister dealers and customers.
A native of Wisconsin, Skalla’s background includes over six years experience in technical education and corporate training along with over three years producing technical training materials and developing curriculum. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, both achieved from UW-Whitewater. In his new role, Skalla reports to Don Gerou, Product Performance Manager.
For the past eight years, Dave Klapstein handled the company’s training but relinquished his title when further promoted within Putzmeister’s Customer Support Group.
