Putzmeister America, Inc. Reorganizes Customer Support Group


Putzmeister has reorganized its Customer Support Group into two divisions: Putzmeister Service and Technical Support and Putzmeister Parts Sales.

Putzmeister America, Inc. (Putzmeister) has reorganized its Customer Support Group into two divisions: Putzmeister Service and Technical Support (PSS), which will be headed by Doug Brunet, and Putzmeister Parts Sales (PPS), which will be headed by Eric Zimmermann.


The reorganization is a result of an expanding spare parts business, as well as Putzmeister’s commitment to providing outstanding service to its customers, helping to extend the life of their equipment and providing for ease of operation.


“Both of these groups play a vital role in catering to our customers’ support needs,” said Dave Adams, Putzmeister’s President & CEO. “The division into two groups will ensure we can continue to provide the highest quality service to our customers.”


The division into two groups has great benefits for customers, including quicker turn-around times on parts delivery, quicker response times, more parts in stock, and a reinforced commitment to best-in-class service and parts support.
