Putzmeister America Appoints Mike Furlott Director of Customer SupportSTURTEVANT, Wis. ( Feb. 2, 2004 ) – Putzmeister America has appointed Mike Furlott director of customer support for the company's full range of concrete and material placing equipment. In his new role, Furlott will manage the company's parts, service, warranty administration and dealer/customer service training.
Furlott brings more than 24 years of product support experience in servicing construction equipment. Previously, he held service-related positions at Gehl/Mustang Co., OmniQuip Textron/TRAK International and Harnischfeger Corp. He received a bachelor of science-industrial technology degree from Northern Michigan University .
Furlott reports directly to Dave Adams, president and chief executive office of Putzmeister America . “Mike is an ideal fit because of his vast experience in managing service departments for construction-related equipment,” Adams said. His positive attitude in attaining full customer satisfaction also goes hand in hand with our company goals. I believe he will bring fresh, new ideas to take the company to the next even higher level of service and support.”

Furlott assumes responsibility for the entire technical support department. This includes supporting the comprehensive Putzmeister product range of concrete boom pumps, separate placing booms, Telebelt ® conveyors, Thom-Katt ® and large-line trailer pumps, mortar machines, industrial pumps and tunneling/mining equipment.
